Project Planning

Our resources have at least 5+ years of experience engaging the customer to define a project size, scope, and schedule. Our cloud-certified solution architects work with your architecture team to define a solution architecture to help evaluate the feasibility of the solution and identify any risks or issues. Afterward, our scrum managers work with the customer to create a project structure so that the proper stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical resources are assigned. Finally, our scrum manager will define a communication model and project management style in Agile/Scrum to manage the rapid changes in technology and requirements.

Architecture Definition

Our resources have over 10+ years of experience defining solution and enterprise architectures over a broad range of SAAS/PAAS and on-premise technologies. Enrapt architects also work as developers and will only define feasible, realistic architectures. We have experience creating multi-year architectures from as-is to transition to future-state. Our architects are trained with security in mind, recognizing new security threats and vulnerabilities. We can work with various authentication systems (OAuth, OpenID, SAML) as well as define your future-state Single-Sign-On system.

Solution Delivery

Our resources are always learning new technologies in Artificial Intelligence or Cloud PAAS/SAAS solutions so we can engage with the IT team or business on creating an initial product backlog and effort estimations. Our scrum managers work with your product manager to align the IT and business priorities and divide them into development tasks for our development resources to produce outputs bi-weekly. Our scrum managers will then conduct a sprint review with the business and IT to verify the deliverable quality.

Development Operations

After the initial solution is delivered, our development resources are extended to implement additional development sprints while maintaining the released system in production. Enrapt finds that when no ramp/training of new resources is required, development speed can continue to proceed at a high pace.
